Heather Olsson moved to Moscow in 2020 to join the faculty of The Jubilee School, where she first served as a teacher before becoming Primary Dean. Now in her third year as Head of School, Heather brings a wealth of experience, wisdom, and a deep love for Christian education to her leadership. She and her husband, Phil, make their home in Moscow with their youngest child, while also delighting in their six grown children and fourteen (and counting) grandchildren.

Todd Nibler is a cognitive trainer passionate about helping people harness the brain’s ability to change. Introduced to cognitive training while studying psychology at the University of Idaho, he has partnered with clients since 2013 to pursue clearer thinking and transformation. Advances in neuroscience confirm the brain’s lifelong capacity to adapt—neuroplasticity—a truth that undergirds his work. Todd and his wife, Sara, have three children, his greatest delight.
